Sarah E. Phillips
Sarah E. Phillips is a partner at the firm, bringing over two decades of legal experience. She joined the firm in 2018 after building a strong foundation in real estate and corporate law.
Ms. Phillips earned her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, and Paralegal Certification from Marist College in 2008, where she was an active participant in the Emerging Leaders Program. She was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honor Society, and received the Sigma Alpha Pi Presidential Letter of Excellence from the National Society of Leadership and Success.
While working as a paralegal, Ms. Phillips pursued legal studies at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law, completing the 1L program before being approved in 2013 to continue her legal education through a Law Clerkship under Section 520.4 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals of the State of New York. Over the next three years, she gained extensive experience as a Law Office Clerk, deepening her knowledge across a broad spectrum of legal matters.
Following the successful completion of her clerkship, Ms. Phillips was certified by the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department, to sit for the New York State Bar Exam, which she passed in February 2017. She was admitted as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in New York State on June 14, 2017.
Since joining the firm, Ms. Phillips has excelled in a diverse range of legal practices, including insurance coverage, medical malpractice, personal injury, Labor Law, and real estate. Her depth of experience and commitment to excellence make her a valued leader within the firm.
