Joseph C. Marchese

Joseph C. Marchese joined our firm shortly after his admission to the New York State Bar and became a partner in 2017. He has a robust scope of practice that includes cases involving medical malpractice, labor law, general liability, insurance coverage, and real estate/cooperative law. Mr. Marchese is a seasoned litigator who excels in representing both clients who are plaintiffs and defendants. His expertise encompasses all phases of civil litigation, including trials and appeals, where he brings a strategic and client-focused approach to achieving favorable outcomes.

Mr. Marchese earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School in 2007, where he honed his skills in trial advocacy and legal writing. During his time at Fordham, he participated in the Federal Litigation Clinic, gaining hands-on experience in drafting motions, managing litigation, and counseling clients. Additionally, he served as an intern for the Honorable Anita Florio of the Appellate Division, Second Department, deepening his proficiency in appellate practice and complex legal analysis.

Mr. Marchese graduated from UCLA, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science, earning distinction with Honors Collegium. While at UCLA, he enriched his perspective through a study abroad program in Rome, Italy during the summer of 2003, immersing himself in the historical and cultural foundations that continue to inform his analytical approach.
