Alexandra A. Gubista

Alexandra A. Gubista is an attorney practicing civil litigation and focusing on medical malpractice, labor law, general liability and auto cases. She graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2022 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, which was earned in 2016. While in law school, Ms. Gubista was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, a law fraternity whose goal is to better the legal profession and community. With a passion for providing justice and legal support to the community, Ms. Gubista has a strong commitment to helping individuals navigate complex legal issues.

During law school, Ms. Gubista interned at Legal Services of New Jersey (LSNJ), an organization that offers free legal assistance to low-income residents of New Jersey. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of the challenges facing underserved populations, while helping LSNJ secure procedural and substantive justice for individuals dealing with civil legal matters.

Ms. Gubista has expanded the focus of her practice to include real estate and landlord/tenant law including representing Nassau County in small claims assessment review proceedings, focused on residential and commercial property tax assessments.

With a comprehensive and diverse background and a passion for service, Ms. Gubista is committed to providing high-quality legal representation to her clients, while upholding the principles of fairness and justice.
