Michael A. Simon

MICHAEL A. SIMON, is an associate attorney with the firm and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2016. Mr. Simon received his Bachelors of Science from Queens College in 2012. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate Degree from St. John's University School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Mr. Simon was an active member of a number of student organizations including the "Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Society" and was a finalist in the "Internal St. John's Law School Baseball Arbitration Competition." Mr. Simon is also currently in the process of publishing his law school thesis entitled: "Playing for Peanuts in a Billion Dollar Business: The Unfair Labor Practices in Minor League Baseball". In addition to his extracurricular activities, Mr. Simon excelled in the classroom where he earned a CALI Award which is given to the student with the highest marks per class in each legal discipline. During law school, Mr. Simon served as an extern for the Honorable Mark Partnow of the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County where he gained valuable litigation and legal research experience. Since graduating law school, Mr. Simon has excelled in a wide range of legal practices including insurance coverage, medical malpractice, personal injury and labor law.
