James F. Scaffidi

James F. Scaffidi, is an associate attorney who was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2012. Mr. Scaffidi received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Miami in 2008, where he majored in Finance and Business Management. Mr. Scaffidi went on to receive his Juris Doctorate Degree in two and a half years from Saint Thomas University, Cum Laude. While at Saint Thomas University, Mr. Scaffidi received the "Best Student Honors" three times, an award that acknowledges the top student in each class. Additionally, Mr. Scaffidi served as a Student Ambassador to the Student Bar Association, where he organized networking events between students, lawyers, and judges. Mr. Scaffidi also participated in the Study Abroad Program in Spain where he immersed himself in international law. Moreover, Mr. Scaffidi is currently in the process of publishing his law school thesis entitled "What's in a Color? Race should not be allowed for Stops and Frisks."
